I had a wonderful experience with the women who worked at the store today (2/23/21). I asked a question on their website over an hour before the store opened about an issue charging my older model phone and I received an immediate response which I appreciated. I made an appointment for later and was out the door with a fully functioning device that charged like normal in under 15 minutes. Was not pressured to purchase additional items and the rate was very reasonable. I highly recommend and if/when I do upgrade my phone they'd be the first place I'd check. Thank you!

I am on a tight budget and worker was ready to hear my needs with fixing my device. They delivered a speedy repair. Furthermore they had great precautions for COVID: N95, sanitized hands, and phone during intake.

Worker was terribly unprofessional, getting angry at the very idea of wanting to keep a non functional part of the phone that they were replacing. Repair worker broke my front facing camera, microphone, and leftmost speaker due to her own frustration with a broken screen that I tried to demonstrate how to get around, but was shooed away for her to fix. Would not own up to the mistake and charged me regardless. The LCD replacement was fine but at such a cost of other internals I cannot recommend this place in good faith, especially with the apprehensiveness toward a customer.

Quick and great quality work. Easy to create an appointment. Gave an estimated time of repair around 45 minutes but was more like 35. Very thankful for how quickly they got me in and how quickly the repair was completed! Highly recommend to anyone.
